[haskell-art] Mailing list moving

Hi all,

I'm moving haskell-art to a different system, from mailman to
groupserver, which has web as well as mail interface.

There will first be an outage, and then an opt-in invitation to join
the new forum. I'm doing this in my spare time so am afraid I cannot
give an accurate timeline.
